These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StreamTracker ("Service"), operated by ZakyPew / StreamTracker ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamTracker. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at support@streamtracker.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
Free plan. The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes the features described on our Pricing page. We may change Free plan features with reasonable notice.
Paid plans. Plus and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. All prices are listed in USD.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
Refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request in good faith.
Price changes. We will give at least 30 days notice before increasing subscription prices for existing subscribers.
AI-powered features (Avatar Companion, Content Studio, etc.) consume credits from your balance. Credits are non-transferable and expire if your account is deleted. We may adjust credit costs for features with reasonable notice. Bringing your own OpenRouter API key bypasses credit usage for supported features.
StreamTracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you generate using our tools (stream titles, descriptions, posts). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.
StreamTracker connects to third-party services (Steam, Twitch, Google, Xbox, Kick, Battle.net). We are not responsible for outages, data changes, or policy modifications by those platforms that affect the Service's functionality.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of achievement data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or non-payment, with or without notice depending on the severity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@streamtracker.cloud.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StreamTracker operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
