StreamTracker ("we", "us", or "our") operates the StreamTracker service at streamtracker.cloud. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Account data. When you sign in via Steam, Google, Xbox, or Battle.net we receive your public profile name, avatar image, and platform user ID. If you register with email and password we store your email address and a hashed password — we never store your password in plaintext.
Gaming data. With your permission (Steam API key), we read your owned games, achievement progress, and recently played titles from the Steam Web API to power your overlay and progress tracking.
Platform integrations. If you connect Twitch or Kick, we store your channel username and OAuth tokens in order to provide stream-aware features such as chat commands and live status detection.
Usage data. We log basic server events (page views, API calls, errors) to diagnose issues and improve performance. We do not sell or share usage logs.
Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or banking details. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our mailing list we store your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
StreamTracker integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. payment records).
We use a single access_token cookie (HTTP-only, secure) to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics may set its own cookies subject to Google's policies.
You may request a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account by emailing support@streamtracker.cloud. EU/EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
StreamTracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of StreamTracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
