Overlay not showing or not updating? Fix it in order

Work through these in order — they're sorted by how often each one is the culprit.

1. Refresh the browser source. OBS caches pages. Right-click the source → Refresh (or toggle it off/on). Style picks and data normally apply on their own within a few seconds — a refresh is for a page that's genuinely stuck, or right after a StreamTracker update ships.
2. Check platform privacy. Steam needs Game details: Public; Xbox needs "Others can see your game and app history"; FFXIV needs achievements displayed on Lodestone; Roblox needs a public inventory. A connected account with locked-down privacy syncs nothing.
3. Give sync a couple of minutes. Unlocks are polled on a short interval, not pushed instantly by the platforms. If an unlock doesn't appear within ~5 minutes, something else is wrong.
4. PlayStation: refresh your token. NPSSO tokens expire after ~2 months — re-paste per the PlayStation guide.
5. Use the Smart URL. If you copied a platform-specific URL (e.g. /xbox/) but you're playing on another platform, the overlay has nothing to show. The ⚡ Smart overlay URL (/auto) follows your active platform automatically.

Quick sanity check: open the overlay URL in a normal browser tab. If it shows data there but not in OBS, it's the OBS cache (step 1). If it's blank in the browser too, it's a sync or privacy issue (steps 2–4).
